Will Coburn is here to pave the way for change in the lives of our families. As a life long resident of Frostburg and a political science major at Frostburg State University, Will hopes to move Frostburg towards a more resilient, strong community. He is dedicated to building a city with common infrastructure to unite our beautiful mountain Maryland community.

Safer, cleaner streets
Better crosswalk safety and visibility of pedestrians and bicyclists
Increase in bike lanes for sustainable, cost effective community transportation along with economic growth in coordination with GAP Trail riders
Reduce the amount of refuse sent to the landfill through community composting with a more robust recycling program
A reduction in Co2 emissions produced by the public works fleet of vehicles through electrification
Encouragement and engagement of the public for input on future public works projects
